Welcome!
The unifying thread that binds my personal and vocational choices is a concern with the health, practice, and cultivation of an interconnected self in relation to others. I seek to assist individuals, families, and couples to gain insight and to process experience working primarily from an emotion-focused orientation with elements integrated from narrative, existential, and contemplative traditions.
The future depends on what you do in the present
I believe that it is necessary to interact with clients as feeling, thinking, and embodied beings; therapy must address each person holistically and relationally in all aspects – emotional, cognitive, and behavioral. Therapy can help us make sense of our selves, our world, our relationships, our personal stories and the paths we take – other words, how to live life as our best, fulfilling selves.
Welcome!
I am able to meet virtually only at this time.
About Brian Lundberg
I am fortunate to have had broad and diverse educational, professional, and life-experiences. I have lived in four states and overseas for a total of ten years in three different countries. Prior to my work in therapy, I taught students for ten years ranging from elementary grades, to high school, and at university levels. I bring that diversity of experience to bear in my work as a therapist. I combine a cross-culturally competent mind with a non-judgmental and empathetic concern for the other.
